Life as Lisa We felt like an inconvenience at first when we wanted to look at bikes. The staff had to climb this very wobbly ladder to get the bikes and you could tell they weren’t happy about it. We asked to adjust the bike to test the fit but they couldn’t seem to figure out where the tools were (or if they had them)… until we got Caleb. He was amazing! He went so far above and beyond to help us find the right bike for our son. They inspected the bike in full and fixed an issue with the gears. I also want to recognize the cashier, Trinity. We had some time to pass waiting for the bike and she was very polite and helpful. Would recommend!
