5 /5 Emily Inman: The owner helped us with pairing dress with a belt when we asked. She was very attentive at helping my mom and I get dressing rooms started. Prices are high but it is appropriate because her stuff is very on trend and designer pieces. My mom found a gorgeous dress that will be unique in her wardrobe.

5 /5 Marla Ottenstein: Having just been invited to the Palm Springs Film Festival gala, I realized I literally had “nothing to wear.” I popped into Pre-Loved and lucked out. Never, have I ever purchased anything from a re-sale shop, but let me tell you….the dress I found appears to have never been worn. It’s clean and in perfect condition. The owner, Denise, was lovely. She couldn’t have been more helpful and kinder. A wonderful experience! The inventory is carefully curated. Less is more is the general philosophy of the shop. In other words, but better, not more. 5 /5 Lara: Love this place! My husband and I went here today (we also went on our last visit to PS) and got some gorgeous things! This place is for people who LOVE fashion and get what great deals you can get here! An Hermes tie for $87?!! I got a lovely Rhode dress for a steal. Nice selection of sizes and merchandise. Ami was awesome and kept finding me more things to try on. This place is amazing!!

5 /5 Jaime Gonzales: Love this store and am a regular. As someone who shops a lot of vintage and second hand, I am always impressed with their curation and service. As some have mentioned in other reviews, items can be pricey, but Gucci, Celine, etc. would be expensive any where you go. I feel they have a nice range of options, and I particularly love their belts.
