I was searching for a specific bag as a gift for a co-worker and called the store to ensure that the color I was looking for was available. Over the phone customer service was excellent and they let me know all the colors in stock. When I went to pick up the bag their staff let me know that if my coworker wanted a different color she could bring it back in and request a specific order through the store.

I have come here before on many occasions to buy cologne for the good prices they have from the Burberry to Jimmy Choo. The business is family owned and when you shop at Casual City they make you feel like family joking around having good conversations.
