Antonio L I love this Ross! I’m here twice a month, no fail! The staff is nice, but Leticia in the back is very welcoming, sweet, helpful and professional. My mom always chats with her. She always has a smile on her face and makes one feel welcomed. This is my favorite Ross and I’ve been to many of them in SD county. The store is spacious and cool and it’s never overly full, except during the holidays. They’ve also been upping their game when it comes to artwork, so two thumbs up for that! The main complaint at this store is that there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO reception on my phone. I have AT&T and my sister has Cricket and we have no reception whatsoever. I’ve even asked other people and they complain about the same thing. It’s ridiculous! If there’s an emergency I cannot reach anyone. No idea how they can fix this but this needs to be looked into.

The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making shopping stress-free. The store was well stocked and there was a nice variety of items. The staff was friendly, offering assistance with a smile. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Althea Hokafonu Omg one of my fave stores I hella love shopping here esp for my babies wow all the baby & toddler clothes were all on clearance that was most def a win win the jewelry accessories are hella cute even the kids accessories too it’s always tempting to step into that store I end up being in there forever & walking out w everything lol oh how can I forget the shoes as well huge clearance on those luckily they don’t have this store around my way or I would’ve ended up there everyday lol (my pops is the one who lives just down the street from there) I’ll be visiting you soonies Rainbow can’t wait
