1 /5 Jasmine Tellez Martinez: This place is rude as for the manager unbelievable(skinny old white lady). I did self check out and had less than 8 items and I was shopping with my cousin(under 10 yrs old) and she had her own items she was paying with her money. I waited for her to be done with her transaction since I didnt want to leave her alone. Then the security proceeds to tell me its 8 items or unless and I tell him its 2 separate transactions that Im just waiting for her since she hasnt paid by herself before so I was teaching her how to. Then told me I couldnt wait for her: then he calls his manager and his manager rudely told me Im breaking the rules? How if we both had under 8 items, I told her we were paying separately I was just showing her how to pay by herself. She then said it doesnt matter because its 1 transactions per household. Then walked away not even letting me explain the situation. We dont even live together so how can she assume we live in the same household. Your staff sucks and needs to learn customer service

1 /5 Not Sure: Management is fine letting you wait in line while only two cashiers are available. Additionally, the store is frequently messy. The complete disinterest and hostility from the management merits this rating. Tell corporate to hire more people, Ive seen you do much better than this.

1 /5 Dre “Too” Koo: As a black man. Anytime I step for in this store I get a warm welcome. But nevertheless I get a shitty service from cashier or self checkout with the security thats checking the items purchased. Dont like coming here and spend my money anymore lol
