Anthony J. Ballamis Its clean, but horribly understaffed. Always a 20-30 minute wait in line to check out. Cant hire more cashiers but the loss prevention people have body armor(at least 1 guy, idk if he purchased himself) with soft plates, not just a tac vest. Also, people (not Rosss fault) standing in groups in the narrow isles and wont move, even when politely asked, and letting their kids run around acting wild. Its a mess here. Would be 1 star but I usually reserve that for egregiously bad experiences.

Marz Martinez Very bland for the high markup retail price. This season of clothing design is a bit weak & non-creative in my opinion. The store is clean overall & long lines, well stocked.

Sheryl Zamora Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. There was plenty of shopping carts available. The racks were fully stocked. The store was organized and clean.

Barbie Bowden I love Rosedale Ross, not only cause its clean and organized for most part but because all the employees are very nice to work with and all my managers are awesome. Yes we get long lines but obviously its because we get a lot of customers and most of them are pretty faithful to our store. Even if the line is long you wont be waiting that long, our cashiers are pretty fast and friendly.
