It’s one of the best return experiences I’ve had in a while, because most retailers are rude when you’re just in for a return. I will definitely shop here in person because the selection annd atmosphere are great.

I received a pair of pants with a stain on them, which is not the norm for them, but I emailed and within 5 minutes had a response offering full refund or replacement at no cost.

Crystal Dolet 5 star quinceañera dress shopping experience had here! Extremely friendly and attentive staff(shoutout Yvonne). Beautiful selection at incredible prices. They make court dress shopping easy by being able to open an event account for the party members to buy the selected dress. Will be coming here for all my formal dress needs from now on!
