DW G Im a very reluctant shopper. Its just not an activity that I like. I definitely hate sales people being all over me when Im doing it. But my wife was fed up with my admittedly fully thrashed shoes. This store made the process less painful and we ended up with a couple pair from Cole Haan and Keen.

AH Best vintage in Humboldt with a wide variety of clothing options from casual to fabulous. They also have a great selection of antique household items. Something for everyone. A true gem. The staff are also excellent at helping style you for any occasion.

Luis Contreras Thank you John!!!! Just had the most amazing customer service experience of my life. I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!

She is so kind friendly she shines like a star in this store she is so helpful and sweet and friendly and the reason I keep coming back is because of her i go to this store first I go to is this store because she is so nice and reliable shes a hard worker and kind and I Im so grateful she works here

Jerry P Great shop and great people! I’ve been in multiple times for custom embroidery/tailoring work on a jacket project. So helpful! They made great suggestions and their work is top notch while being very reasonably priced. Great turnaround. The shop is bright and cheerful with a fun selection of high-quality previously worn items. They also carry a variety of cool accessories. I have picked up a couple of Vintage clothing and other items for myself and friends The owner and rest of the staff are super fun and friendly!!! Great vibes!

Michelle Sou Danita was the sweetest bridal stylist. She was so helpful finding different styles and searched high and low on the racks for designs based on my bride’s feedback.While my bride didn’t find her dream dress in her size, I loved the experience as a guest. I can tell the staff really care and the gowns are size inclusive! So much variety, it was such a fun time. Prices are very reasonable. If I didn’t already find my dress, I would have come back for my own appointment in a heart beat.
