Target - (Near Hanford, CA)

Stephanie Calderon I asked an associate at the desk if their fitting room were open and she directed me to an older lady who possibly was a manager or lead, and when i walked over towards her to ask if i could use their fitting room she proceeded to comment “ careful with getting your makeup on it . “ with a tone, which made me uncomfortable to even procceed with trying on the shirt. when i stepped out she immediately came over and said “ are you going to buy that ?! “ loudly and again with a tone. like excuse me… what is it your business. she clearly had no professional patience and clearly out of control. as a customer I felt uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the nice and helpful associate i would’ve not made a purchase at this aeropostale. as a person who works in retail this lady was not giving the proper customer service.

T Tran I like JcPenney. They have a lot of brand name items at great prices, but this store is a mess. Clothing items are all over the place, squeezed together with no room to actually shop comfortably. Ross is much more organized and orderly than this.

Linda Lowe I live in the bay area and yes we have a Chicos, but hands down I would rather shop this store. Staff is friendlier and helpful. I do not feel like I am just a commission check like the San Mateo store. They are honest about how an outfit fits and their advice is spot on.

Rachael Evensen I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me. This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you. This is the first time I’ve personally met Josh and he recognized my son right away and that made my son feel so important. Josh was patient, kind, and so supportive in helping my son pick out clothes and feel confident in his choices. He treated him like a little brother, and as a mom, that is something I’ll forever appreciate. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Josh and Zumiez, for making my son’s day and giving us such a great experience. You truly made a lasting impression.
