She was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Jennifer also assisted me with ordering clothing items and made the shipping process feel smooth, calm, and reassuring. She truly went above and beyond what I expected, and her professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression. I am extremely happy with the level of customer service Jennifer provided! Customer service is polite and particularly manager Jacki she went beyond to help me find what I was looking for and knowledgeable. The sales are always worth it and the clothes are good quality.
