5 /5 Scott Stewart: We usually visit Little Tokyo when we vacation in L.A. and I am always looking for an item to buy with the name of where I visit. I have been in this shop before but never found something I wanted. This time I did find a T-shirt that has a cool design I really liked. I was a little surprised by the price but, if you like it youll buy it. The older lady working in the shop mentioned in these other posts was very nice and not pushy at all. I declined purchasing because it was the first shop we visited, but my wife talked me into going back and buying it. I dont regret it at all. Quality feeling shirt and love the design.

5 /5 R T: had a great experience there, looked around first before asking about a jacket, i asked for a small & medium the lady was helpful. She gave it to me without hesitation i tried both on & picked the best one that fit for me. which was a small. bought the jacket, proudly wear it. The store is very clean, with fashionable clothing giving the vibe that it is not a regular clothing store... Pro Tip: honestly do NOT go to the heart of little tokyo or any place like it, expecting for clothes to be inexpensive...if you are looking for inexpensive clothing go to a place that clearly advertises they have discounts & bargains...

4 /5 Anish Thakkar (Doc Thakkar): I enjoyed my experience here, and the negative reviews are highkey unwarranted. Yes, the clothes are pretty pricey, but the service is on point and the store is well kept, clean, and the fitting room is always available to try before you buy. Support local!

1 /5 Angela Marie: i came into this shop to buy some jewelry. when i walked up to the jewelry section that’s right in front of the register, the lady sitting right there ignored me for about a full minute or two so i said hi to get her attention because i knew what i wanted to buy. i bought the jewelry, went home and it’s been less than a month and two of the rings i bought there lost rhinestones already. i had worn them each less than one or two times so i thought that would be pretty reasonable circumstances to go back and ask if she could exchange or maybe discount a new item for me. i brought the rings back to show her. she said there was nothing at all she could do for me. never shopping here again, terrible service and it’s all cheap low quality items that the owner (i believe it’s the same lady i talked to) overprices.

1 /5 Ez J.: I see Im not the only person who is disturbed by the behavior they witnessed at this shop. There is something seriously wrong with the older lady that works there. They had a beautiful collection of clothing but the older woman just seemed to have issue with customers who werent petite or small. I witnessed her body shaming girls who were M and L and I was flabbergasted that she has the gall to treat children this way. The girls were literally teenagers. Like? Shes going to be giving impressionable children body dysmorphia issues and maybe even eating disorders. It would be a good shop if not for that one elderly lady who is shaming girls. Disappointed and will not be shopping here again. Id recommend other people steer clear also until the lady has had lessons in standard customer service.
