The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure each customer finds exactly what they’re looking for. Everything in the store feels elegant and well organized. I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!

Michael Spagnuolo My wife, kids, and I loved this local family-owned shop! We bought bathing suits, sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, and coffee cups at the best bargain in town. The staff was friendly, kind, and a joy to work with. I cant wait to go back and see their new merchandise!
