I just want to say that the team of girls there did an outstanding job with customer service and working together as a team it was just awesome to see and be a part of and my son found a great style of jeans he loves. Honestly i have never seen my son where a pair of Jeans..... so thank you... He looks awesome!

lisa lara gonzales My son gifted me a pair of Birkenstock Boston SFBs for my birthday. When I first tried them on, they felt a bit tight, so I decided to exchange them for a larger size. However, after a few months, they began to feel loose and uncomfortable. I decided to write a letter to Birkenstock to see if they could assist me with another exchange. The company responded by recommending that I return to the store and speak with the manager. When I went back, I asked to speak with the manager, and fortunately, the person I spoke with was indeed the manager Gustavo, or “Gus.” I showed him the email and explained the situation. He was very understanding and accommodating. Without any issues, he kindly offered to help and exchanged the shoes for me. I’m very happy with the support I received and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!
