5 /5 Sandra Fox: Shopped at this store 12/18/25 cashier never asked to accept credit card,I asked her why she states nobody wants to have a credit card. And she proceeded to charge me for an item I didnt purchase maybe shes keeping items for herself. Not sure her cashier number please address this matter. Returned to TJ Maxx today 12/20/25 spoke to the most delightful cashier she spoke to the lead and returned my money for the item that was charged on my credit card . 5 stars for TJ Maxx Eastlake Pkwy in California, Im happy and satisfied. Thanks again.

5 /5 Laquisha Grace: When I walked in I was greeted at the door by Jo! She is a delight. Everyone was so helpful and I found a necklace that I had been in search of for a while. The store was clean and not crowded at all.
