Garret Gustason I’ve had nothing but the best experience at this Banana Republic! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Kohl, who is absolutely amazing at putting outfits together. His keen eye for style and genuine enthusiasm have led me to purchase a few extra pieces I wasn’t even planning on—but no regrets! What I appreciate most is that the team isn’t pushy at all. If they work on commission, you’d never know it because their focus is purely on helping customers, not making a sale. It’s refreshing to shop in an environment where the staff truly cares about making you feel confident in your choices. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and expert styling advice!

Kelly I had a wonderful experience at Urban Outfitters today. I came twice but the overall experience was so good. A staff member named Melina (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. She patiently helped me resolve an issue and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Because of her help, this location is definitely one I would prioritize coming back to. She truly made me want to shop at this Urban Outfitters more. Thank you so much!

Johanna Reyes I went last week to return an item before I even walked in an employee gave an unwelcoming look. I walked in smiling unfortunately he was the one to help which is why I’m giving the 1 star. The other employee who was a girl was super friendly. Not sure what his name is he looked latino. I gave him the same energy back. So unprofessional!
