So somebody there understands the properties of down clothing. They also took the time to write a thank you note. A personal touch that will pay off with repeat business from me. It’s nice to find vendors who appreciate their customers.

Shayla H I’ve been a customer of Heat Irvine for over two years and have always liked their products, but this recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for graphic tees on September 26 and still haven’t received anything. The order never shipped, and I’ve only gotten one generic response after reaching out multiple times by email and phone. My boyfriend placed an order around the same time and is dealing with the exact same issue — no shipment and no communication. It’s frustrating to see this happen after years of being a loyal customer.

She was very patient and understanding about my needs and suggested just the right jeans for me. it is rare to have such great customer service these days and I really appreciated it.
