1 /5 Ingrid Erhard: I never write reviews but i’m doing this in hopes for the manager of this store to see it if possible. But me and my friend went yesterday to look for concert outfits (around 11:30am-12pm) and the girl helping us try on our dresses was super amazing and sweet! I think there was another on the floor ( i can’t remember names & could’ve been the same person). The dress that my friend had picked out had intermediate damaged and had a lot of snagles on it, and was wondering if she could have a discount on the dress. The employee said that was possible! When we went to ring it up the cashier was like “They said we’d give you a discount???” Like all confused, and the manager or supervisor on her computer said some snarky comment to the cashier about the girl that helped us about this discount-saying something like “who said they could get the discount?….(name of employee) oh makes sense.” & the cashier like sarcastically laughed. Definitely rubbed me and my friend the wrong way.
In the workplace, to see that in general it makes me really sad to see something like that displayed infront of customers. If you really had a problem with the employee or didn’t think she gave great service, then handle that with your team in private. If i was her i would be really upset and just sad to know my own manager and coworkers were saying that infront of us! ( We did get the discount 10%) but with attitude. I hope the girl who helped us with the dress sees this and knows you did an amazing job and did nothing but help! Me and my friend thought you were super sweet. Maybe it’s not worth working under a store that gossips infront of customers and behind your back. I really just wanted to see the new layout too but no i am not coming back to support mean management.
