Kendall Bass i had an amazing experience at this location thanks to kaiya! she noticed me wandering aimlessly around the children’s section (unbeknownst to me) holding shorts that ended up not even making it past my lower thighs when trying them on, and took pity on my poor helpless soul by offering her assistance. rather than simply showing me the size chart after seeing how hopelessly clueless i was, she helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans in various sizes to help me figure out which one fit me best. she also helped me explore different styles that i was unfamiliar with, which helped me leave with the perfect pair of jeans that i never would’ve tried without her help! very happy with my experience there today, and her name is neat as well.

Xavi My favorite store in the mall. Aeropostale always has really great deals. The buy 1 get 2 free is amazing. The shirts and sweaters are good quality too.

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again

Shawn Davis I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Caleb I had an amazing experiment with a young lady I believe her name tag said Heather she had dark hair with purple highlights I was in the mens area with my mom I have down syndrome. She let me hold her hand and walked me to the Junior clothing department for smaller boys. The mens department clothing was too big she had the best customer service I have ever saw before she made sure that my son and I had a buggy while we shot I want it to think her personally today on January 6th she informed me that she had to go upstairs to the office cuz she was called upstairs and then I waited for her to come back down but she never came back down so I hope everything is okay but she is a rockstar and with her great mentality and customer service and the patient she had with my down syndrome son is such a blessing to me and I just wanted to thank her personally so I didnt get a chance so I hope this reach the right people to be able to get her this message and just for her showing that there are still good people that working customer service I will be back to see her she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure me and my down syndrome son got to the right department and Walked us there that young lady was amazing she told me to let her manager know I tried to do the survey to put this out there but I did not know how to do it so I just went on the website and just made a post.

J A Shopped at this location today, it was a fantastic experience! Linda helped me find the perfect pieces for my upcoming trip and the other assocites were so friendly! What a great experience. Love the all the items I came home with!. Thank you to everyone at the store today.
