5 /5 Caleb: I had an amazing experiment with a young lady I believe her name tag said Heather she had dark hair with purple highlights I was in the mens area with my mom I have down syndrome. She let me hold her hand and walked me to the Junior clothing department for smaller boys. The mens department clothing was too big she had the best customer service I have ever saw before she made sure that my son and I had a buggy while we shot I want it to think her personally today on January 6th she informed me that she had to go upstairs to the office cuz she was called upstairs and then I waited for her to come back down but she never came back down so I hope everything is okay but she is a rockstar and with her great mentality and customer service and the patient she had with my down syndrome son is such a blessing to me and I just wanted to thank her personally so I didnt get a chance so I hope this reach the right people to be able to get her this message and just for her showing that there are still good people that working customer service I will be back to see her she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure me and my down syndrome son got to the right department and Walked us there that young lady was amazing she told me to let her manager know I tried to do the survey to put this out there but I did not know how to do it so I just went on the website and just made a post.

5 /5 Paul Heinmuller: Just had a wonderful holiday experience at JC Penneys Oaks Mall Gainesville, FL. My wife and I were Christmas gift shopping for our granddaughter and had several questions on displayed discounts for blue jeans. We approached the Customer Service desk and were greeted by "Susan" the agent on duty. Not only did she take the time to scan our selected items for the advertised discount, she searched for any additional discounts that might apply to our clothing purchase. Susan saved us additional dollars on Ana jeans so that we were able to purchase a matching jean jacket, while staying within our budget. Her friendliness and kindness certainly made this shopping experience remarkable. We shall most certainly return to our local JC Penneys for additional purchases in the future. Thank you Susan, and management for hiring such wonderful sales associates.

5 /5 Diamond Level Reviews: My partner gets his haircut there and always comes out looking fresh. There is also side parking next to the west side with a private entrance to the salon. JC Penny has been around since before I was even a kid so their products speak for themselves.

2 /5 Jessika Robinson: Literally just walked out of there with my mother after making a $100+ dollar purchase. The dressing rooms are disgusting and smell like pee, and the chairs need to be replaced. And the cashier Kamesha was very rude and acted like she didnt want to be at work. We asked for 2 bags because we are going separate ways. She informed us she was not able to do that because of policy, ok cool I understand. But then my mom asked for a garment bag for an outfit and she acted as if that was an inconvenience. Then after the purchase was done, she says "here" and hands my moms license back and then says "here" again as she gives the receipt. The tone of her voice was very rude and she didnt even say thank you or anything until my said thanks to her because of her rudeness. JC Penny has gone downhill, and if your employees are going to be rude like that then it makes sense. Wont be back anytime soon.
