Susie Q I have the pleasure of having the Business Manager Betsy H. helping me today with my Chanel perfume gifts set. She meticulously wrap them and not only that, she is the first one that gave me a small little gift. Usually when we go Christmas shopping for others, it gets exhausting and we always forget about ourselves. It’s so heartwarming to be remembered and got a little surprise at the end. Pamela Terenzi One of the nicest Talbot’s I’ve seen. Large, airy store with windows and plenty of knowledgeable sales staff to assist! I found just what I was looking for (on sale!) and didn’t have to order from an online retailer and pay shipping. Very convenient to Dunedin, Clearwater and Safety Harbor. A delightful experience!

Super friendly, really patient, and he actually listened to what I was looking for. He made the whole visit easy and comfortable, and you can tell he really cares about helping people. I left with exactly what I needed and a good vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Eva Marinakos Excellent customer experience! I was in Jacksonville for a few days and stopped in to WHBM about an hour before closing. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff greeted me and not just yelled at me from the checkout counter as I walked in like I experienced in other stores in the area, but actually approached and spoke to me politely to find out if I was looking for anything in particular. They were all personable and engaging as I tried on clothing and gave me honest opinions about fit and appearance. I honestly felt like they wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make a quick sale or two. Even though it was close to closing, and the door was locked behind me when I left, I never felt rushed while I was browsing.
