The Mall at Millenia - Orlando
Tracey Greene I went to p.f Changs. I was not very impressed with the food. I ordered, the spicy sesame chicken on a bed of brown rice. My rice was rather dry. I definitely had to add something to it. Thankfully. One of the women that I was eating with had some extra dipping sauce for the egg roll. That made the brown rice more palpable. Of course this was my first time in this restaurant. I was wondering where was the chicken when my meal arrived? The chicken was very sparse on top. I just want to be totally honest about the food. I know it was a busy lunch time so that could have been the issue. I understand that they can get swamped at times. The best part of being at p.f Changs was our waitress. She waited on us. We were a birthday party for Scott. I cannot remember the young ladys name. But she waited on us. Whatever we needed. She was very attentive to our needs. She handled herself well. We had a party of 15 people. And she actually had brought the majority of the food out to us by herself. I think there may have been one other gentleman helping her but I didnt see him as often as I saw her. I just want to say thank you to the young lady and I pray that she was well taken care of tip wise. I know that she got gratuity off of my check and all of the other checks and we also gave her some cash. I must say she is a keeper. I would go to p.f Changs again for the customer service alone. Maybe I may try something else on the menu. But I cant say whether Ill be back or not. But I definitely would recommend on customer service alone. Because the meal portion for me just didnt cut it. I hope that by posting this maybe perhaps they can put less stress on the shelf and get him another assistant or something.
