5 /5 Gail Kennedy: I just ordered a Lulu B dress online from The Osprey. After placing the order I realized I didn’t change the size from the default size. I emailed them asking if it was possible to change the size on the order and within minutes I received an email letting me know that it was taken care of! Unbelievable great customer service! After being in retail for 30 years and knowing how important great customer service was in my business, it is such a pleasure to know that a store like The Osprey provided such excellent customer service. I would not get this service from a national retailer. This is a perfect example of why you should shop a small, local business like The Osprey. I will absolutely shop with them again!

5 /5 E.M. Dunlevy: I have not experienced such great customer service in quite some time! The Osprey staff were accommodating and prompt. I purchased a dress that needed to be returned because it was the wrong size. I received the replacement and there was an issue with that article, making it necessary to return. The staff was kind and courteous (a lost art these days) and priority mailed my replacement. The clothes themselves may well be the most comfortable easy to wash and go clothes Ive ever owned. This was my first purchase from them, but most definitely not the last. I am now a customer for life!
