Oscar was absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He made the checkout process feel welcoming and pleasant, which I truly valued.
However, I did have an unfortunate experience with another staff member named Natalia. When I asked her for help with a specific size and color, she had me waiting over 10 minutes, even though she didn’t appear busy at the time. Eventually, I ended up retrieving the items myself. I also felt uncomfortable when she commented that the size I asked for didn’t seem like it would fit me and instead suggested a different one—even after I told her I had already tried that size and it was too big. Despite my request, she brought me the size she thought I should wear, not the one I asked for. That interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.
While this one experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, I want to emphasize that everyone else I encountered was welcoming and kind, and overall, the store maintains a positive atmosphere.
