Dillards - Shop FL (Near Pensacola)

5 /5 H HA: This Dillards is a great one, love shopping here. But today we had an excellent experience. My daughter needed a suit for an important event next week and the most amazing sales associate worked tirelessly to help her find the perfect one, and we did! Gigi was who helped us, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and just all around amazing! It was a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed. She made the whole process a 10/10, thank you very much Gigi!!

5 /5 Diana De la Mer: You def want Antonio in the sunglasses department. He has an eye and will not steer you wrong to get you to buy a style, but instead will use his knowledge to take you on a tour of what will actually suit you while keeping your preferences in mind. Kind and classy demeanor. I was on my way out and was asked by another salesperson at the makeup section beside shades whether I was finding everything. It was cool, it was good, loved her hair. I was sorta done shopping but I thought she could help me with a random technique I wanted to try with a concealer, and depending, I’d pick one up. I was like “let’s match my shade, I want to see how it looks!” I don’t know if the way I explained what I was looking for pissed her off or what, but she was “nice nasty” and condescending about my questions, and weirdly rough on the application until I said something. Didn’t really want to buy from her, but was impressed with the product, and so bought it anyway. Maybe we just got off on the wrong foot - it happens - but damn. Dampened an overall great experience in my fave mall store. Not deducting a star, though, because Antonio is excellent and made shopping the fun that it’s supposed to be.

5 /5 Elizabeth P: Always a fun day to take my Grandmother shopping. Its her favorite store and becoming mine as well! New beachy bedspread from the bedding department, Southern Living. The woman down there was very helpful and attentive, as well as the the lady on the first floor who helped me find the perfect summer linen pants. I love the individual attention and help from the women there. Makes me feel special. Prices are up, but the experience has not wavered! We will return in 6 months.

5 /5 Risha R: I am from Phoenix and also lived in Cincinnati recently for a few years. I have not even seen a proper indoor mall in a few years. I was blown away on a Saturday by the staff at Dillards. I cannot remember having such a great experience at a department store since I was a kid in the 90s in San Jose, CA. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Everyone was well-dressed and seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help. I stopped at fragrances, purses, shoes and womens clothing. I spent more than I planned on, but I didnt even care. I bought high quality products and was made to feel important and valued. Bravo to all the ladies at Dillards. I look forward to splurging there with my daughter again soon!
