Precious Renee Im in love with the store. Im from Louisiana and we dont have Bealls Outlet but we do have Burkes Outlet. This store is like heaven. You can find anything from casual to dressy things for kids and babies dogs and even home decor. Im a plus size woman and could hardly ever find anything that fits me really cute at regular stores. Because this is an outlet they receive many different items from different stores and I always find such super cute items that fits me amazing and in my size. I so wish we had a Bealls Outlet in Louisiana but we dont. I would advise anyone whos looking for anything from home decor to even snacks and Specialty chocolates visit this place you will not be sorry. The staff is so sweet. The lady here told me about a location of Lake Ella which I really really enjoyed cuz I needed to wind down for my job. I love the store I have already met their point system twice you get a discount for every $200 you spend theres also a 15% off if youre under 50 on Fridays and I think its Mondays for seniors please visit this location its amazing.

Quinton Black I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesnt go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesnt go unoticed. Ive worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!

Ellen Jeann I Love the atmosphere here. The employees and managers are so bubbly. It makes me feel welcome in the store. Not to mention the amazing deals they have a specially plus size. Actually today I bought five dollar skin tight leggings that are plus size and size 3X. Can you believe it was only $5?

Ginger Carter This is one of those high ended Ross stores that you want to visit. There are both locals and tourists in this location. The merchandise is high end like top designer goods. The store is well organized as well as surprisingly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have been to some Ross locations that were just the opposite. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and stop in. You will not be disappointed.

Red Everett I was in the store earlier confronting another customer about their dogs being left in the truck with no air conditioning and the windows up the manager told me not to be yelling in her store and watch my language and I like to apologize to her and give her this 5-star rating for maintaining a safe shopping environment Im sorry for my actions
