NIKKI D I have been coming here on and off for years.This store used to be disorganized and messy. Now ,is an absolute pleasure shopping here again for the past 2 years!! The store is now super organized and exceptionally clean creating a pleasant and stress free shopping experience .This dramatic improvement is clearly a result of outstanding leadership. So I would like a major shout -out to the new manager who is doing an absolutely incredible job!!! In addition to excellent management, I wish to command specifically cashier Elsa. She is continually a wonderful presence , cheerful, dedicated, friendly and always willing to help. Employees like Elsa are one of the reasons customers return. I will continue coming back , because at this particular Ross store , Shopping is a Great Pleasure!!!

Need to open the fitting rooms please You would sale more I go here all the time I’m long time customer and can’t buy because there no fitting rooms this terrible you have go home and if they don’t fit come back this bad Open the fitting rooms again please : lady’s here are super nice but owner or manager need to open the FITTING ROOMS
