Anna M. Had some technical issues with returning an online order so I went into the store to try to fix it. The store associates and the manager were so kind and helpful; especially Sam! She was very patient and worked with customer service over the phone to fix the problem. While I waited, I browsed around; the store is very clean, displays are beautiful, and it seemed like all the other customers were having positive interactions with employees too. I was in lakeland looking to adopt a puppy and just enter into Buttons Boutique because looks amazing and you cant think this is a second hand store, they look all the details and feels so pleasant that we took our seat time to choose some pieces. Prices are incredible!!! The ladies working there were super sweet and I love the causes they support and what they do for the community! Thanks to them I found my beautiful puppy and make my five hours drive worth! Thank you! We will coming back. Highly recommend!
