4 /5 Aman Ray: I had a great experience shopping at the Belk in The Oaks Mall. The store is clean, well-organized, and carries a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and jewelry . I was especially impressed with the variety sessional dress and the deals during the seasonal sales. The staff was friendly and helpful—one associate went out of their way to help me find the right size in a dress I was eyeing. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated that they offer curbside pickup for future purchases.

4 /5 Meghan Palmer: Heavin, who works on the first floor, provided the best customer service for myself and my husband when we visited, amd thats saying a lot nowadays when good customer service is hard to find. She was super helpful, kind, and made our entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. However, with that said it was difficult to locate check out counters that were staffed and we only found two associates in the entire store (maybe a third in perfume). The lady who worked upstairs was blunt and difficult to work with, so we went downstairs for better service.

5 /5 Reinhart Lutz: Great deals with good discounts. Only drawback is that there are no coupon deals if you buy Dooropeners. The staff is very helpful professional and friendly. The shop is well lighted and invites you to browse in peace. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
