LOFT Outlet - (Near St. Augustine, FL)

Katrina Thompson Emily was amazing. I haven’t been able to find what I wanted anywhere else but Emily got me fitted in pants, ordered and even applied for a credit card for me! In literal minutes. I couldn’t have been in the store more than 15 minutes and I spent nearly $75. And I feel GOOD about it too as I also saved nearly $20. That woman is so damn good at her job and I couldn’t appreciate her more for it. Thanks for making my Mother’s Day weekend Emily!

RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!

Cira “Kiki” Arcaute I went there on a Friday looking for a specific pair of jeans. I asked one of the ladies (who I can only assume was the manager ) she stated they only sold those online. She was not helpful nor welcoming at all. She looked miserable to be truthful. I guess I walked in on her bad day. I will say the other young lady at the register was very sweet and helpful . Unfortunately I wont be back Id rather make my purchases online.

madeline dertouzos I absolutely adore this store and the wonderful couple owning it. The owners, Marina and Evan are wonderfully creative and kind and made my family and I feel so welcome. The shopping experience was so much fun and there is so much to explore in both buildings! They are doing a book to shop system as of now, which is very covid cautious and I really appreciate that. Their shop includes so many amazing things such as beautiful handmade jewelry by Marina, records that are even quality graded by Evan and so much vintage and fun clothing. I truly recommend giving ARTpool Gallery a visit, the shop is just as magnificent as the owners are.
