1 /5 Susan A: What a disappointment! The sales clerk in the afternoon of Februrary 19th was so not interested in her customers and lost focus on what her job was to help people - she lost my sale as well as others. She did not tell the people looking to purchase that the t-shirts changed colors - my friend and I did that, then she mumbled - everything does. She became upset when I was looking at different t-shirt designs as she said she just finished folding them and if I wasnt going to buy not to touch them. Im sorry how do you know what style you like or size youd take without touching them. Not sure who the manager is in the store in St. Augustine but this person is not helping your revenue. Lovely shop but horrible staff who cant delight in the product.

1 /5 Suzy Ivy: Super disappointed in the quality of this $30 sweatshirt. It was purchased April 2, today is April 13. It was washed twice on cold. And it is now threadbare. Literally. Unbelievable.

5 /5 pattihills: Excellent service at Carabongo.They did not have the shirt I wanted in the right size. Told they would have an order coming in. The order came in with the wrong style. Angela took my information and got a hold of me when the right order came in. She called when it came.in and is shipping it to me in NH as we are longer in Florida!

5 /5 Abigail Brown: The manager is so nice here! I didnt catch her name, but we had some nice conversation before we left the store. She also did "magic" with my 5 year old with their color change shirts. We walked back by, and I saw a sweater I actually liked more than the one I had just bought shortly beforehand. She swapped them out, and refunded me the difference! Such a nice place, we loved our experience.

2 /5 Dani Richey: Im very disappointed in the quality of the shirts. I bought this shirt for my son and was told I could wash and dry as normal on cold. Washed on delicate cold and dried on delicate low heat and this is what happened after one wash before my son even had a chance to wear it. What’s left of the glow in the dark product no longer glows in the dark. Also, the shirts are NOT true to size. I gave them 2 stars for good customer service, but I do not recommend these shirts to anyone. Waste of money.
