Denise Archer The Salon at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall was such a find! I was given the name of a specialist her name is Shanta. I have a pixie cut and grey/white hair. I needed a color change to deepen the gray so I didn’t look so washed out and white. After a wonderful consultation we decided on a plan of action. Great result! Thank you I am a rich grey now!

RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!

Eliane Costa I love the style and quality of the cloths. The fabric feels so soft on. The shirts hold their shape after washing. Been a loft fan for years. Twice a year shopping spree!! And everything was 50% off. Cant go wrong there.

Keonte Martin If I could give zero stars I would. I came around 2:45pm 2/2/2025 and the service was absolutely terrible. Cashiers are racist and rude. DO NOT GO THERE. Gave me my change in all coins and claimed they couldn’t give me bills instead. I work retail and know that is not true. Management should be highly disappointed and whole crew should be replaced.

Kayla (Kmoon) Great customer by a young lady. I had to buy uniforms for my daughter. She helped us alot. Even went in the back grabbed sizes. I need more then whats was in store so she gave me a coupon for free shipping for my online order. I wish I knew her name because she honestly was awsome !
