Ester Betz On February 8th, 2026, I visited the Belk Store on Avenue in Jacksonville, FL for the first time and had a delightful experience. The exceptional service provided by two sales associates made my visit truly memorable. Ms. Tien Givens and Fhyllis Wood , they both exhibited patience and a positive demeanor when interacting with customers, which was impressive. As I preparing for my trip to Europe in April, I was searching for a carry- on bag. Fhyllis took the time to understand my requirements and made every effort to ensure I found the ideal luggage.

Melissa Perry I absolutely love this store. The associates are always friendly and helpful. One time I spilled bleach on a brand new dress I bought in Vegas and they let me exchange it for a new one (same style) that was now on sale so I got it for even less. Been a loyal customer ever since.

Gary III I recently visited this Zumiez location and was blown away by the help I received from Jacob Joseph. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that level of genuine helpfulness these days. If you stop by this store, definitely ask for Jacob!

Caleb I had an amazing experiment with a young lady I believe her name tag said Heather she had dark hair with purple highlights I was in the mens area with my mom I have down syndrome. She let me hold her hand and walked me to the Junior clothing department for smaller boys. The mens department clothing was too big she had the best customer service I have ever saw before she made sure that my son and I had a buggy while we shot I want it to think her personally today on January 6th she informed me that she had to go upstairs to the office cuz she was called upstairs and then I waited for her to come back down but she never came back down so I hope everything is okay but she is a rockstar and with her great mentality and customer service and the patient she had with my down syndrome son is such a blessing to me and I just wanted to thank her personally so I didnt get a chance so I hope this reach the right people to be able to get her this message and just for her showing that there are still good people that working customer service I will be back to see her she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure me and my down syndrome son got to the right department and Walked us there that young lady was amazing she told me to let her manager know I tried to do the survey to put this out there but I did not know how to do it so I just went on the website and just made a post.
