One of the girls working retail, their name was Cayden I believe, was extremely kind and professional and helped me get the exact dress I wanted in the proper size ordered directly to my house with free shipping and discount from signing up for the rewards! michelle spencer There were two sales ladies in the store front. One was kind and helpful, and the other was rude and condescending. I was there with my mother, and when we left the store, we both made comments to each other about the same rude lady! Zero stars for the arrogant sales person and 4 stars for the sales person who rang up my purchases.

Lynn Hawthorne Always a upbeat shopping experience here, as a lot of brick-and-mortar stores are closing, it is nice to see that someone can still find amazing customer service at Chicos. They always have someone who is able to help you if needed, and if they dont have your size on hand they will order it for you to get delivered to your house.

madeline dertouzos I absolutely adore this store and the wonderful couple owning it. The owners, Marina and Evan are wonderfully creative and kind and made my family and I feel so welcome. The shopping experience was so much fun and there is so much to explore in both buildings! They are doing a book to shop system as of now, which is very covid cautious and I really appreciate that. Their shop includes so many amazing things such as beautiful handmade jewelry by Marina, records that are even quality graded by Evan and so much vintage and fun clothing. I truly recommend giving ARTpool Gallery a visit, the shop is just as magnificent as the owners are.
