RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!

Rachael Hardy Highly recommend this Men’s Wearhouse, we drove from Ocala as the new store closest to us wasn’t educated and didn’t seem to have a great selection. We were so happy when we walked in to see all the options and to be greeted by Brett. He was extremely knowledgeable, he had great attention to detail when fitting my fiancé. It seemed like he enjoyed what he did and wasn’t there to just collect a check. He was just SO helpful, he also gave feedback and his opinions in a professional way. We would have immediately bought/rented suits but my fiancé needed a bit more alterations than a rental would permit and we couldn’t outright buy the same suite/tux as a rental. He still took time to write down all the sizing so we could find something for my fiancé and potentially comeback for grooms rentals. Honestly… hats off to Brett.

They always have new arrivals and solid deals, making it my go-to spot for my teenage daughter’s wardrobe. From stylish school polos to cute dresses and comfy loungewear, there’s always something fashionable and age-appropriate. A reliable stop for trendy teen essentials!

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again

Rosa Vazquez Amazing choices of fashionable, trendy, colorful (or neutral color) clothing for both your regular size or plus size women. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love, love their costume jewelry and accessories. One of my favorite, go to stores in the neighborhood.
