Cato Fashions - (Near Pensacola, FL)

Annick Devery-Duz Usually Im very happy with my shopping experience here. But on July 4th I stopped by because I knew they were having a great sale, plus there were a few items I wanted to pick up (and use a coupon) that I had seen on their website. To make sure the items were there I checked to see if they were in stock...and the website said they both were....and in my size. When I got there, one item was there but not in my size, and the other items were not there at all. The salesgirl was very nice but told me that they havent stocked one particular item in a while, and she wasnt sure about the other item. I dont want to order the item online because I know the sizes can vary greatly. I hope the company can get things straightened out...I was so disappointed when I left.

Allison Sampson The store was clean & up dated with new styles and colors. Lots of good sale items and a good selection of regular priced clothing and accessories! The employees were helpful and seemed to be working hard to maintain a good shopping environment for the customers. I live in another city, but always stop by this Cato’s when I’m in Marianna.

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again

Mrs. Z Shopping for a specific type of jewelry and was greeted and helped by office staff assisting floor cashiers. Both were very helpful and offered suggestions when, thinking about the great sale promotions that day, I remembered I also needed to purchase a gift soon. Cashiers are available just difficult to find upstairs…and I prefer to pay for my under garments in the ladies section, not in men’s clothing. If I wanted that type of experience I could go to TJMa**.
