David Coffin Off the Beet in Trenton, FL is a gem. The unique rustic atmosphere instantly sets it apart, and the owners are incredibly hardworking and down to earth. Service is excellent and welcoming. The from-scratch menu is delicious, with solid gluten free options that don’t feel like an afterthought. Perfect spot for large groups, special events, or just a great quality meal. Highly recommend.

B K Cable deserves a shoutout! He’s an absolute rockstar with the drive-up pickup orders, always fast, super friendly, and he consistently brings my orders out with a smile. It honestly makes the experience so much better every time. Give this guy a raise, great employees like him don’t go unnoticed!
