1 /5 Lou P: I had a terrible experience at the salon as far as customer service on the phone or even Receiving a return call. I reported it to corporate never heard from anyone. I called today to come find out the case was closed. They reached out to the salon, but no one ever reached out to me. How does that make any sense?? I spend a lot of money at JCP and extremely disappointed on how this was handled. I reopened the case today to have hopefully someone higher up to contact me regarding the incident. I’m posting on Google hoping someone will reach out to me. I was told someone would reach out between 2 to 3 days now. Since no one reached me the First time I decided to post a complaint on online. We’re living in tough times - everyone is trying to save money and not spend as much- JCP and all corporations should be happy that people still go out there to spend money at their stores however, if you’re not going to treat your customers correctly and personally respond to a complaint, how is that good business? Customer service goes a long way. I suppose I will no longer be using my JCP card After this experience. Thank you!
