1 /5 Lauren Ruddy: I placed an order here on 6/29, and received an email on 6/30 that it had shipped. The tracking status showed that a mailing label had been created but USPS hadn’t yet received the item. Here we are two weeks later and USPS still hasn’t received the item, my package was never shipped. I reached out to their customer service via the contact form on their website last week and didn’t get a response. The initial estimated arrival date when I placed the order was 5 business days. I did really want the item I ordered so I will be giving it until the end of the week to see if this terrible boutique finally ships my order, otherwise I will be disputing it on my credit card.
Update: After I posted this review yesterday they did respond to my email. I first want to say that while the item I purchased is currently listed as preorder, it was in stock at the time I ordered it and clearly stated that the estimated delivery date was 5 business days. Anyway, I’ve attached screenshots of my original message and the email response here. Never did I ask them to cancel my order nor say anything to make anyone think the item was time sensitive, but the order was cancelled anyway.
