Mrs. Z Shopping for a specific type of jewelry and was greeted and helped by office staff assisting floor cashiers. Both were very helpful and offered suggestions when, thinking about the great sale promotions that day, I remembered I also needed to purchase a gift soon. Cashiers are available just difficult to find upstairs…and I prefer to pay for my under garments in the ladies section, not in men’s clothing. If I wanted that type of experience I could go to TJMa**.

CATO is so very fortunate to have her as an employee- her communication, customer service and genuine compassion is so rare in today’s world. She was beyond attentive and offered suggestions, honest feedback on how things looked and styling advice I seriously needed! Because of her help and abilities, I spent a few hundred dollars more than I would have had I not had her expertise. Two CATOs stores that I used to frequent have both closed. I always loved CATOs and decided to drive out to the MetroWest store and I am so glad I did. I will be a regular shopper again and hope I am lucky enough to meet up with Cynthia.

Aeriel Robinson The store is clean and welcoming, this beautiful women, Stephanie, was extremely kind calm and her presence is sweet. She helped me and my mom find great shoes for great deals. She is a great multitasker, she didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She also made sure that we and other customers were satisfied with all of our purchases.
