Shawn Davis I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Cris Martin I came into JCPENNY totally upset because I forgot my bathing suit and we were going on an 8 night cruise out of Tampa. As soon as I walked in I saw Sophia. She smiled and asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, please tell me you have bathing suits. She said yes, I could of cried, and she directed me to where I could find them. I found the perfect bathing suit in my size and walked to the counter to pay for it with tears in my eyes. I told her she saved my entire vacation. I was so happy and she was so nice. I was very disappointed when I went online to do the survey because the access code is only good for 7 days. Like I said we went on an 8 night cruise. I would just like to say to Sophia, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I had a wonderful vacation laying out in the sun in my new bathing suit. I so appreciate her and her help. michelle spencer There were two sales ladies in the store front. One was kind and helpful, and the other was rude and condescending. I was there with my mother, and when we left the store, we both made comments to each other about the same rude lady! Zero stars for the arrogant sales person and 4 stars for the sales person who rang up my purchases.
