Chicos - (Near Clearwater, FL)

1 /5 Auria Oliver (Auria): I would give the Chicos at Countryside mall a 0 if I could. I walked into the store ready to get some clothes to celebrate losing weight and no one has even acknowledged me or my husband. One associate has walked past me 3 times, not a word. I am still in the store sitting down writing this and you would think I was invisible. I fact that is just how I feel, invisible. A simple hello would have been appreciated. They cant say they dont see me. So that just leads me to speculate something about me was not worthy of being acknowledged. No need to spend my hard earned money at Chicos. This behavior is a culture, not an isolated incident.

5 /5 Barbara Castellon: I went into the store late last week. Had a great experience. The store was full of people, but all the ladies that were working were attentive to all of us. There were three women in particular one couldn’t have been nicer than the other. One showed me options for myself. When she went on to do another task. Another woman came and continued where she left off and the lady at the register was funny and engaging and informative.

5 /5 E D (ED): Every staff member is extremely attentive. Rotating merchandise on point. Must get more in from the catalog, however.

They have a wonderful sizing option for those of us who do not wait he be defined by a specific number and they have lots of really interesting Styles, interesting fabrics, and beautiful colors! They have a lot of flowing items that feel cool for Florida but they also have options and linens which are very difficult to find and silks as well. Great place to find what you cant find anywhere else!

I like being able to basically say Im looking for something for wearing for...xyz... and together we put together some great options. Almost always includes some items I wouldnt have thought of, so it ends up being my look, well coordinated!
