Marissa Andrew from Countryside Macys provided amazing customer service. He helped my husband get fitted for a suit and pant for an upcoming wedding. Thanks to him, we found the perfect outfit. I wish everywhere had an associate as helpful and customer driven as Andrew! I prefer to do all my shopping at this Macys location. I always find everything I need here and the service is the best.

Tiffany Virtue I love this location! I wish I knew the name of the associate who assisted me today. I came in looking for a burgundy shirt to wear to a party tomorrow. The associate behind the counter greeted me and asked if she could open up a dressing room for me AND offered to take my items to the room while I shopped! THAT is customer service. She smiled and was friendly and made sure everyone in the store had what they needed! I greatly enjoy coming to this location because they have such high quality customer service associates! 10/10!!

James Wood Very friendly environment and very organized. All employees were very helpful, especially Kevin, whom helped me differentiate between types of dog food, and flea treatments for dogs, to the cashier. I cant remember his name, but he was very polite and helpful with a good attitude from both. This is why this is my go to store
