Justin Davis Had a really positive experience here today. I needed to return an item I purchased about 91 days ago, and while it was outside the normal return window, the manager took the time to listen and made a one-time exception by issuing a gift card. That kind of flexibility and understanding goes a long way and is truly appreciated. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lexi. I asked her for help finding an item, and she not only walked me to the correct area and checked stock, but a few minutes later she actually tracked one down and went out of her way to find me in the store to hand it over. That level of initiative and customer care is rare. Big thanks to the manager for great customer service and to Lexi for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue shopping here.

Nabeela Malik Chicos at buford was nice and clean. Sales lady is pleasant. The manager there was talking loudly about her other part employees. That was not nice. Negative remarks. Didnt care if a customer was at the store. Did not even ask me if she could help me to look for the matching travelers jacket. I came I. With my 2 piece set I bought online.

Arianna Gonzalez Such friendly and helpful staff here! The environment is so welcoming and they have a lovely selection of things for varying interests. As someone who has a lot of geeky interests and just listens to a lot of different music, I had a great time looking through all the stuff available and even picked up some cute Howl’s Moving Castle Earrings! I’d also say with the lower lighting than most stores and the kind staff, if you’re easily an anxious type of person, you’re really put at ease here, or at least I was lol. It does get a little crowded at times because it is a small store, but it’s not hard to navigate through. My favorite store in the mall overall!
