Justin Davis Had a really positive experience here today. I needed to return an item I purchased about 91 days ago, and while it was outside the normal return window, the manager took the time to listen and made a one-time exception by issuing a gift card. That kind of flexibility and understanding goes a long way and is truly appreciated. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lexi. I asked her for help finding an item, and she not only walked me to the correct area and checked stock, but a few minutes later she actually tracked one down and went out of her way to find me in the store to hand it over. That level of initiative and customer care is rare. Big thanks to the manager for great customer service and to Lexi for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue shopping here.

Y aun asi se enoja cuando se les pregunta responden feo Every time you go to pay, its hard to find Macys staff; theyre not stationed around the area. And even then, they get angry when you ask them questions and respond rudely.

Juan Gonzalez I had already looked online for a certain product that I was interested in looking at in person and possibly purchasing at Tractor Supply. I was greeted by team member Thomas and other various team members throughout my visit who were all very courteous and extremely helpful during my time in the store. All of the team members were extremely professional and helpful but I want to recognize Thomas specifically for helping me locate the exact item I wanted in the store and for assisting me in loading it into my vehicle. He was very professional and kind and went above and beyond during my visit to the store, he is a true asset to your company.

Micheal Henderson Honestly, I have never been happier with this store. Every time I go, I am always greeted and feel like Im appreciated. I do love shopping here, but I wish they had more items in stock and sizes. I know they tell me I can order online, but Im looking for an in-store product to try in person. Please stock more items!!!
