Kind, attentive and thorough. Haven’t had such an exceptional Retail experience with loft or Ann Taylor like this in years. I am now a loyal client with this store!!!! I know that anything I purchase moving forward will have the latitude on size issues or even changing my mind for an exchange or return. That is a primary requirement for me spending money on a clothing purchase in these economic times! Ty ladies! Ty Loft!! Great workers in this store.

Ella Porter In the jewelry department I was greeted and helped by a wonderful associate! Julia stayed with me throughout the duration of my experience at Belks. She helped me pick out jewelry based on personal preferences, helped me try them on and gave me honest, credible advice. She truly made my Christmas experience wonderful, I sent several loved ones to purchase jewelry from her in the jewelry department because she was such a joy! I typically don’t write reviews but my experience was outstanding and wanted to give Julia the much deserved credit. Her knowledge on products quality and maintenance was on point. Additionally, she even aided me after the fact when I called the jewelry department regarding another product, she remembered what I purchased and sounded joyful to hear how much I loved my new jewelry. She is knowledgeable on everything Belks related and I had an absolute wonderful experience.

Timothy P Target is my favorite store. I am bougie I do not go to Walmart. The customer service is phenomenal plus who doesn’t like a Starbucks drink while they’re doing their shopping.

Denise Archer The Salon at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall was such a find! I was given the name of a specialist her name is Shanta. I have a pixie cut and grey/white hair. I needed a color change to deepen the gray so I didn’t look so washed out and white. After a wonderful consultation we decided on a plan of action. Great result! Thank you I am a rich grey now!

Shawn Davis I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Richard Gallant This is a quaint store with some good deals. Mainly womens clothes, my wife shops here often. As an outlet store they have good bargains on relatively modern clothes. Today they are having a fifty to seventy percent off sale. Definitely worth checking out if your are at the Palm beach outlets
