5 /5 C D: Morgan and Kelly Anne were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with a complex order, e certificates and utilizing return credits even ensuring that I received all Discounts available. Kind, attentive and thorough. Haven’t had such an exceptional Retail experience with loft or Ann Taylor like this in years. I am now a loyal client with this store!!!! I know that anything I purchase moving forward will have the latitude on size issues or even changing my mind for an exchange or return. That is a primary requirement for me spending money on a clothing purchase in these economic times! Ty ladies! Ty Loft!! Great workers in this store.

They are doing such a good job keeping us safe by requiring face masks in store, cleaning the fitting rooms after each customer, and wiping down the cash register after each customer. I know how hard it is with COVID-19, but the staff here goes above and beyond to be incredibly helpful and friendly! Love Loft!

5 /5 Tawsea Contreras: I found exactly what I was looking for, thanks to Anna. She was sweet, so helpful, and a joy to work with. When I came back into the store a couple hours after my first purchase she recognized me and welcomed me back. I explained how I had been all over the mall trying to find a specific kind of sweater without luck and she immediately helped me find one and was so happy for me when it worked out. Because of Anna I will definitely shop at Loft again.
