5 /5 Ruby Fanelli: I have never been to a Columbia Factory Store before Sunday. Walked in and was greeted by the Store Manager Anela. She was folding and organizing a very busy peak hour at noon but every person that walked in the door was acknowledged and greeted. This was a clean organized, bright, inviting store. I was not aware of the Omni-Heat Products and other technology in these types of clothing they create for Fishing, Hiking, Skiing, and General Warmth. To say the least I will be a forever Columbia brand customer. Now back to Anela. When she told me and my son where we could find Coats that would withstand a visit to Upstate NY currently 28 degrees, she not only helped us find them but assisted us with sizes, explained the interchangeable linings, whether the garments were waterproof or not, what type of activity they were for, the pricing, the discounts, etc. She assisted us with boots, gloves, hats, more outerwear; do you need wool blend socks, and so on. This was not an upsell job, she was representing the brand and how it can perform to fit your needs. Basically, for your experience or event. Quality Clothing, Great prices and a discount of 40%, 50% up to 70% off, 6 weeks before Christmas! Go to the Columbia Factory Store at the Palm Beach Outlet. Sign up on the Tanger website (Palm Beach Outlets) for even more discounts and Savings at Columbia and others Merchants. Even made an exchange and return easy the next day, along with needing to pick up a few more items. Thanks Cherry, Assistant Manager for your help too.

5 /5 9283: I went on Sunday looking for items to go to NYC ,This young man helped me out his name was Felix ,he was so helpful and nice ,I found exactly what I needed .Overall it’s a very Good Customer service store !!!!

4 /5 Elizabeth: I would give a five star if it wasnt for the staff, I wish I knew her name but I dont. I wasnt greeted when I walked in the door. She was rude when I asked to try something on, which is necessary since the doors are locked. I almost walked out of the store because of this. She was rude when we were asking about the sale items and pricing. The selection and sale of the products were outstanding. I will return but not if this person is working there. I will use my receipt to do a survey.

5 /5 Alexandra Lamour: Columbia Sportswear Company at The Palm Beach Outlet is an amazing store for both women’s and men’s outdoor clothing and shoes with technology. Thomas, the supervisor and Azani were professional and very helpful during my visit. The sales are outstanding as high as 70% off. If you want a great store to shop, I highly recommend!!!
