Sheri Amici My husband and I visit Amelia Island every year, traveling down from Michigan! The shores are beautiful, the town is quaint, fabulous restaurants, and now this new edition of a terrific outfitter store -- Lost Dogs! Love the name but more importantly love the product line. They even have a small section offering gently used pre-owned apparel and gear. A shout out to Evan who was working the day we came in. He was a great guide with our purchases but also a genuinely really great guy to talk to. We will definitely be back when we visit Amelia Island! Be sure to check out this new store!! Joshua A Huge shoutout to Kevin at Urban Country Outfitters! He helped me find the perfect boots to go with my outfit and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and offered great suggestions. His customer service was truly exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. The store already has an awesome selection of boots and western apparel, but Kevin’s friendly, chill attitude and professionalism made it even better. Highly recommend asking for Kevin when you stop by!

Danni Solomon First time customer, now im hooked! My auntie brought me to this store to help me find a "smart elegent" dress for my upcoming 5 year wedding anniversary. 3 lovely associates helped me find 24 dresses to try on. Narrowed it down to my 1 fave and they also found matching shoes in my size (5), a purse and bracelet. During the time we were there, my aunties grandson toddler was crying from being hungry and one of the associates brought him some cheezits! At the end of my shopping, the manager helped check me out and was amazing too. This store gets not a 5/5, they get a 10/10! I will 100% be back and im very glad good customer service isnt dead. Yall ladies rock!
