1 /5 Marlene: This is the most disgusting and dirty dds I have ever visited. The fitting rooms are obviously never cleaned to accumulate this much dust. Smells like urine on the walls. Definitely a health code violation at this location.

1 /5 Alanna Carson: It is advertised the store is open until 11:30pm but on Oct 31st when I approached the door it was locked closed so either google needs to edit the time or DD’s need to contact Google and change there hours of operation. This was a big inconvenience… Gas ain’t cheap!

1 /5 Melani Medrano: Growing up my mom and I would come here a lot because it was a close department store. Sad to see how much this place has changed for the absolute worse. Recently, mother came in with her sisters to go shopping for fun as we all do. They have the absolute worst service I’ve ever heard of. There is absolutely a reason as to why we as human beings are losing our connection to each other and people are choosing to do online shopping. I see why this shopping plaza has various locations that have since closed down. My mom found an item on sale and went to go pay. The lady at the register treated her with absolute disrespect and distain as she approached, she gathered around a few of her coworkers as if my mother was trying to scam this already DISCOUNTED place. After one of her coworkers told her to input the code for the item (proving my mom wasn’t scamming..) she didn’t apologize she continued to talk to my mother in a disrespectful tone. My mom questioned her on the price because she hadn’t noticed she had already scanned the next item and the lady answered her asking her if she doesn’t know how to do simple addition and subtraction. My mom stayed quiet. Later on my mom signaled over the next person in line because she was done paying and the lady rudely told her “I will call him when I’m ready” and she walked over to the group of ladies that are also working there. Again all of this was said in a condescending tone. There is no reason to be rude from the start of the interaction with your customers. I understand you may be angry due to your low payment job and may be tired after working but that is no excuse for treating someone this way. I believe she only spoke to my mother this way because she noticed she spoke with broken English (although she does in fact know English.) anyways to end this long message, as my mother walked out she told her “thank you for your service, this is why stores are closing down and why people shop on Amazon now” and the lady began cursing her out but my mom and her sisters walked out. Whether this was racism, lack of professionalism, or this lady is just straight up lacking life skills, this location needs to do better because it’s not the first time we have been talked to this way. To be quite honest we have given enough money to this location. Disgusting.

5 /5 honeycoves: Most of the clothes were around 15~5 dollars. They had great music, and service. They also sell not only clothes, but steering wheel covers, suitcases, cameras, and backpacks too. Plus, they do returns and exchanges. 10/10.
