Dillards - (Near Clearwater, FL)

5 /5 Marcus Spatuzzi: stopped in today to shop for some funeral attire for myself and my younger brother. He didnt even have his measurements, it was going to be a long afternoon of trying things on. Almost as soon as we started to look, we were approached by Alison, asking if we needed assistance. After we explained the situation, she guided us to sale racks, recommended sizes, took our measurements, and even made us try on multiple things to make sure we double-checked and liked what we had picked out. Not once did she try to "sell us" on something, and if she did she did it expertly because I am none the wiser. Nobody forced her to help us so thoroughly— It was sweet, it was thoughtful, and it made what was supposed to be a heavy afternoon much less stressful. This store is lucky to have her.

1 /5 Kate Ogilvie (CFOToday): Was shopping for lingerie at the Clearwater, FL store and the dressing rooms are filthy. The carpets need to be cleaned and vacuumed and walls painted. I would not even put my purse on the chair. Very unpleasant experience.

5 /5 Kaitlyn Allard Sclafani: Liz in the shoe department was amazing! I described a shoe that I truly didn’t think existed, and she not only found one pair, but two- for me to choose from. She was more than happy to get multiple sizes, and I left with the perfect pair! Thank you Liz for making the experience pleasant!

1 /5 David Graham: Dubious return policies. I purchased new shoes for my niece 2 days ago for Christmas. Unfortunately, They were not the ones she wanted. I went back to same store, same register in women’s shoe department, with my receipt. They said I needed to use the same card that I purchased them with. No problem…I use a debit card for everything because I’m not a big fan of credit. They said the card did not match. That is a lie or an error because I don’t use anything else. I offered to show them the expense at Dillards on my USAA bank account. My Dillards receipt even said ‘debit’ on it. Very apathetic and unhelpful. They were unwilling to put the funds on my debit card (or any other card). I would not have expected them to give me cash, but now I’m stuck with a $160 store credit that I don’t want…for a store that I now don’t want to shop at anymore.

1 /5 Marki Cook: I went to Dillards for a return I had sum slides I ordered and they said I couldn’t return cuz they look worn and I told them I never wore them any where besides when I tried them on so I whent to customer service and they help me do my return but before this the manager was rude and the shoe department lady. Put my package came after a huge two weeks.
