Toni Thompson Great quality clothing with proprietary brand, White House Black Market (WHBM) with a big focus on white and black, dotted with other colors now. I love the holiday theme with the bright red evening gown in the center of the store. Jewelry selections are stunning that go with the clothing here, or to match with my current fashions at home. Staff is friendly attentive but not at all pushy. WHBM is aligned with Soma and Chicos with similar policies as personal shopping services. The rewards and returns are not aligned Accessibility: Accessible parking with van spaces, with curb cuts at the end of the block, several stores away. Accessible restroom and dressing rooms. Marcus Spatuzzi stopped in today to shop for some funeral attire for myself and my younger brother. He didnt even have his measurements, it was going to be a long afternoon of trying things on. Almost as soon as we started to look, we were approached by Alison, asking if we needed assistance. After we explained the situation, she guided us to sale racks, recommended sizes, took our measurements, and even made us try on multiple things to make sure we double-checked and liked what we had picked out. Not once did she try to "sell us" on something, and if she did she did it expertly because I am none the wiser. Nobody forced her to help us so thoroughly— It was sweet, it was thoughtful, and it made what was supposed to be a heavy afternoon much less stressful. This store is lucky to have her.

Ta-Sha Hester I stopped by the Lucky Brand store on 11/21/2025 and had such a good experience. The guy with the locs who helped me (I don’t want to mess up his name) was amazing. Super friendly, really patient, and he actually listened to what I was looking for. He made the whole visit easy and comfortable, and you can tell he really cares about helping people. I left with exactly what I needed and a good vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Michelle Brooks Great service from the staff! Susan brought me new styles and sizes so I could keep trying things on. Her supervisor made sure the one item that was not available in my size could be shipped to me. I was planning for a trip and needed specific things. The selections were great, the sizes were accurate and many of the items were in sale. I was very excited about my buy-one-get-two-free jewelry deal!
