2 /5 Kevin Johnson: So sadly I have to rate this place two stars. It should be five as they had most of what I needed, but my experience with Louis in the mens formal area was so atrociously bad that I needed to come here and vent. I am getting married and am looking to buy a tuxedo and at least two other formal outfits. The issue, I want tails for the wedding. Louis and his coworker who never bothered to introduce himself both went into derision mode. Honestly if I was Julia Roberts I would have thought I was the snotty store. Instead of offering advice and help pointing me at a solution, they just went about how no one wore tails any more and that it would be impossible to get what I want. Even if that was true (spoiler, it isnt as Michaels formal has them), I would have assumed people who work on commission would handle it well. Nope. I will be calling Monday to speak to a manager even if that means I need to change my name from Kevin to Karen.

5 /5 CEO RobT: Robert JD Trego: If its not clear by the way these two caring, humble and customer service savvy ladies vibe creates such a wonderful shopping experience then you havent been paying to much attention or you just havent been at the right Dillards! With a demeanor that gives a sense of elegance or as most would use "posh" sense of style Marcella and Darla are the ladies to come and see! They truly have the goods and it shows with their amazing attitude to make you feel even better with their suggestions for your beauty! Absolutely stunning customer service and teamwork!

5 /5 Bothwell B: Sahak was incredibly rude and callous. I cannot believe that a manager would care so little for a coworker. I spent years in retail and never had a manager who refused place my sale in my name. I am sure in a technical age a correction can be submitted. My mother treated me to over $2,000 of clothes for my birthday, and now we have returned to them all because of these two salesman, and especially the one standing behind the counter who summoned his Sahak manager. Updated score and review: Roger and Editha managed to change this from a 1 star experience to a 5 star experience. It would be easy to see Editha as a managers of the men’s department! She has a fantastic attitude and is helpful. She recognizes customers from day to day. Polite and extraordinary. Roger should be a district manager! Dillards should be proud of such an accomplished leader in their team.

5 /5 Ms. L. Ricks: While here visiting the daughter I met up with some peers and we all had a shopping blasttt!!! Deals and chills with some of the prices but all in all the fan fav Dillards did not DISAPPOINT. The sales reps were doing their due diligence and I appreciate it! The store was clean and there were discounts going on in all departments. Loved our time here and beautiful energetic customer service ❤
