Dillards - (Near Melbourne, FL)

Eva Marinakos Excellent customer experience! I was in Jacksonville for a few days and stopped in to WHBM about an hour before closing. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff greeted me and not just yelled at me from the checkout counter as I walked in like I experienced in other stores in the area, but actually approached and spoke to me politely to find out if I was looking for anything in particular. They were all personable and engaging as I tried on clothing and gave me honest opinions about fit and appearance. I honestly felt like they wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make a quick sale or two. Even though it was close to closing, and the door was locked behind me when I left, I never felt rushed while I was browsing.

Scott Rimbach To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and attended to. Kim’s product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience delightful, while Hailey’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Together, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me eager to return. Highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing their exceptional service!
