Whenever my husband and I come to Florida, we always make a trip to Tanger Outlets Palm Beach to visit our favorite Banana Republic Factory Store in West Palm Beach. This store always has the greatest selection and about to say it, is better than New York stores sometimes. The pieces are unique and I am always asked where I got my pieces from my NY peeps. This store is always immaculate because who wants to shop in a disarrayed environment. The most important thing to me is customer service and it is top-notch at this location. Tannisha and the crew are on point and did not disappoint! Because my husband visits more often than me, they know him well so entering the store is like being treated like royalty. Oscar and Katia were attentive and followed up on all asks. The young lady in the dressing room I knew was sick of me and how many times I came in to try on clothes. Also, shout out to the new guy as he was as humble as ever and you could tell he was nervous but was figuring it out and just as pleasant. From the point of entry to the point of exit, our experience was amazing! Give this team 5 STSRS AND A RAISE!
